He did leave and was swearing & threatening the husband while walking off property. When the wife went inside to complain, they just told the attendant to leave & they would handle her. When confronted by the couple, he started swearing and saying what are you going to do about it. Her husband grabbed her out of the way just in time. One of the attendants almost ran over the wife while parking one of the cars. While waiting for the shuttle, another couple came to wait as well. I couldn't get a physical receipt, when asked for.
The drop off of the car was not any better. I asked an attendant to clean the inside of the driver side window from the last driver's arm gunk & he was rude and condescending. I was told by the front desk to just take pictures for my protection (which I did). Once there, the rental car was filthy and stained inside & out, as well as dented and scratched every where. The shuttle to pick up was dirty/and the handle is broke to the door.
